How to use loupe
- I do not bring a loupe close to an object to observe and I bring it close to eyes and have.
- I move an object to observe back and forth and focus it.
- When I cannot move the object to observe such as the tree, I move a face back and forth with bringing a loupe close to eyes and focus it.
※The extended magnification of the loupe is approximately around 5-8 times
Microscopic how to use
The microscope has two kinds of a stage top and bottom type and the body tube top and bottom type.
- I attach it in order of eye lens, an object lens.
- By adjusting a reflecting mirror and a squeeze, the whole becomes bright while looking in eye lens.
- I put a prepared slide in the stage and stop it with a clip. I turn an adjustment screw while looking from the side and bring an object lens close to a prepared slide as much as possible.
- I turn an adjustment screw and separate it between an object lens and prepared slides while looking in eye lens and focus it.
※Because it prevents dust from being in the body tube to attach eye lens like procedure 1 earlier.
※Because what I separate after bringing an object lens and a prepared slide close like procedure 3.4 earlier prevents an object lens from hitting the prepared slide.
※I put the microscope in the shaded level, bright place.
※Magnification of the microscopic magnification = magnification of eyepiece X object lens
※A range to show becomes small, and the field of vision darkens when I make microscopic magnification high magnification.

- I repeat a line and do not paint it over.
- I do not soak a shadow
- I rake only a desired thing.
Underwater microbe
It is invisible, and there is a small creature in the water of a pond and the lake. I call such a creature a microbe.
It is necessary to make a prepared slide to observe a microbe with a microscope.
I make the prepared slide with the following procedures
- I take the water of a pond and the lake in a filler and drip it on slide glass.
- I get one end of the cover glass which I picked up with tweezers so that air bubbles (air bell) are not made and am available and control it with a needle and pick you up on the top in water of the slide glass calmly.
- I absorb the water which protruded with a filter paper.
The microbe is divided into the microbe of the plant type and the microbe of the animal type. I summarize each creature and characteristic in a list.
