It is made by one of a plant

A structure and function of root

A function of root includes following two.

  1. I take in nourishment dissolving in water and water.
  2. I support a plant body.

The form of the root is divided into following two kinds by the kind of the plant

  1. The root that a plant of fibrous root … monad leaves has
  2. The root that an axial root and a lateral root … dicotyledonous plant have

There is a root hair such as white cotton wool on the tip of the root and raises the surface area of the root and makes it easy to absorb water and nourishment efficiently.

The pipe which nourishment dissolving in trachea … water and water goes along

The pipe which carries nutrition (organic matter such as starch or the sugar) made with a sieve tube … leaf to each section of body

A structure and function of stem

The part that a vascular strand … trachea and a sieve tube became the bunch. The vascular strand is an organization connected from a root to a leaf, and there is a sieve tube in a trachea, the outside in the stem inward.

The small cell which is caught between cambium cell … dicotyledonous trachea and sieve tubes. Because cell division is caused here, a stem grows up thickly.

※Because the stem of the single cotyledon does not have a cambium cell, a stem grows up only to some extent

※A part on from the cut end swells out before long when I tear off the bark of the branches such as grapes in width of around 1cm. This is a leaf, and made nutrition falls down, and this is because he/she comes to a dead end, and it saves nourishment on the part on the cut end. From this, I know that nutrition made with a leaf progresses through a sieve tube and is taken down.

Sectional form of the stem

  1. Section of the stem which a plant of the … monad leaves that vascular strands are scattered separately has
  2. Section of the stem which the … dicotyledonous plant that vascular strands form a line into a a ring form has

A structure and function of leaf

The form is divided into following two kinds with the structure such as the line to be seen in the surface of the leaf vein … leaf.

  1. Form of the leaf vein which a plant of parallel veins … monad leaves has
  2. Form of the leaf vein which a netted venation … dicotyledonous plant has

※The leaf vein has a trachea and a sieve tube, and a material goes. It is the same as a vascular strand, but calls it a leaf vein with the leaf.

The green grain in the cell in the chloroplast … leaf. There is a lot it in the face of the leaf in a photosynthesizing part.

The hole which I change in the surface of the pore … leaf of gas. I am surrounded by the special cells of the crescent called guard cells. In addition, there are many pores in the backside than a face.

Water being released as steam because it is from one of a transpiration … plant. I perform it from a pore, but am performed from a stem mainly.

The role of the transpiration is following two

  1. To prevent the temperature of the plant body from rising (I agree with a human being writing sweat, and lowering the temperature)
  2. To promote the absorbing water of the root and a rise of the water

※I draw up water from a root by transpireing, but a pillar and the one which it is, and do not break off are because cohesive power (the power that materials gather for) of the water is strong without water being separated from water.

※The time when absorption and transpiration of the water from a root are active during one day is the day. (because temperature becomes highest)
